Dr N M Craven

Dr Craven undertook his medical training at Cambridge and Oxford Universities and completed specialist training in Manchester. He has worked as a Consultant Dermatologist in Lancashire, Staffordshire and more recently Cheshire. He retired from the NHS in 2022 and now works in the private sector.
He has 25 years’ experience as a Consultant Dermatologist with extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of all aspects of skin disease including inflammatory conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and acne, skin infections, lesions including skin cancers and benign lesions, and disorders of the hair and nails.
In addition to his experience in general dermatology he has particular interests in:
- Skin surgery
- Dermoscopy of pigmented lesions
- Patch testing for allergic contact dermatitis
- Mole-mapping

Dr T Iqbal

Dr Iqbal is a Consultant in dermatology. She graduated from King Edward Medical College in 2005. She specialised in internal medicine before pursuing her career in dermatology. She is the clinical lead of dermatology department at Leighton hospital, Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and has an 8 years’ NHS experience as a Consultant Dermatologist. She is the lead for phototherapy, teaching, and paediatric dermatology. She has been a trainer and educator as Assistant Professor of Dermatology and is supervising junior doctors in her current role. She practices dermatology across the whole breadth, runs the paediatric dermatology clinics and has a special interest in skin surgery and recognition of skin cancer. She offers management of various conditions affecting skin, hairs and nails.
She practices teledermatology to provide remote access to care, and over looks mole checks and phototherapy service at Leighton hospital.
She treats common skin conditions like acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin infections, skin growth/benign tumours as well as skin cancers, skin rashes of various types, and diseases affecting special skin sites like hair, nails, and skin folds.
She is a member of Royal college of Physicians UK, British Association of Dermatologists and British Medical Association.
While she enjoys practicing in her specialty, she spends her spare time with her husband and 3 children. She likes traveling, cooking, and painting.
After 15 years of experience as a dermatologist, she is now focusing on her private practice alongside her substantive NHS role. She strives to help people find their way towards healthy skin, and wellbeing, giving honest advice and comprehensive care.
